Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

  • 250ml (1.05 cups)  heavy whipping cream         
  • 1 tin(11-15oz) condensed milk            
  • 150g (5.3oz) choc chips
  • peppermint essence to taste
  • dash of green food coloring

  • Whip the cream in a bowl until it is stiff
  • Fold in condensed milk, green colouring and peppermint essence
  • Add choc chips and mix well
  • Put in a suitable container and pop it into th freezer
  • Beat the mixture with a fork every 45min until frozen
