Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Ingredients:
250ml (1.05 cups) heavy whipping cream
1 tin(11-15oz) condensed milk
150g (5.3oz) choc chips
peppermint essence to taste
dash of green food coloring
Directions
Whip the cream in a bowl until it is stiff
Fold in condensed milk, green colouring and peppermint essence
Add choc chips and mix well
Put in a suitable container and pop it into th freezer
Beat the mixture with a fork every 45min until frozen
